Return & Refund Policy

At Wellness Pluse Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was delivered in a leaked or defective condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Orders returned without prior approval.

  • Change of mind after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product was lost during transit (after verification).

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Full Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or unboxing video of the product

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
