At Wellness Pluse Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak sale periods or festivals, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and location.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed on our website.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation via Email or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • A tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes.

  • COD availability is determined during checkout.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Government restrictions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your Order ID along with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
